Introduction
I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 14 years experience in the counselling field. I provide evidence-based therapy both in person from my Hampshire clinic and online via a secure platform, offering flexibility to suit your needs.
I offer short-term, focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as well as longer-term therapeutic support. I work with adults and young people, equipping clients with practical, evidence-based strategies that can be applied in everyday life, empowering you to manage symptoms confidently beyond the therapy room.
